1st Touch & Finish focuses on achieving our 10,000 touch principle of mastery. The program is specifically designed towards achieving as many various deliveries (slow velocity to first develop proper technique, and eventually with an increase in delivery speed) to both feet, then repeat! Developing and achieving the most paramount of all, that first touch. Let’s face it players without a good first touch, there is no second touch.

1st Touch and Finish is the foundation of every players game, without it, all other skills suffers the cost. 1st T&F is the essential ingredient towards creating a player.

This program is designed for all players, as we develop good technique, we then kick up the speed. Before long you're confidence will surprise you, not only by your composure as the ball increases in speed towards you, but of the confidence you have in your ability to control any delivery (with either foot) with a good first touch.
