SPARTA FOUNDATIONS

FOUNDATIONS is technical fundamentals built through repetition: first touch, passing/receiving, dribbling, ball mastery, while implementing Ball Launcher to replicate a high volume of realistic deliveries while gradually turning up the speed.

This program is designed for players looking to take the first steps in development, as we establish proper technique, we then kick up the speed. Gradually developing player ability, control, confidence (with either foot) and a good first touch.
